How to book?

Please complete the form with your booking details. We will reserve the requested dates and get back to you promptly.

Long-term stays

For reservations over one month, a proper "bail mobilité” (mobility lease) will be established. These documents will be required per French law:

  1. A valid form of identification

  2. Proof of insurance

  3. A guarantor for stays longer than three months

Payment conditions

Reservations up to 3 months:

  • 50% upon booking

  • 50% upon entry

Reservations over 3 months:

  • 1,5 month rent upon booking

  • 1,5 month rent upon entry

  • Afterwards, monthly rents

Cancellation policy
